Licensing Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with the Renewal Specialist to assess customer license portfolios and understand license positions
• Assist in drafting renewal plans aligned with company cloud or licensing strategies
• Act as the primary contact point for Renewal Specialists to answer commercial licensing questions from end customers
• Prepare required licensing documentation, such as agreement packages, and perform quality checks
• Use company-approved tools to help obtain all necessary approvals for deals
• Identify license, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French, German, or Dutch
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• 2-3 years of experience with licensing and contract negotiations
• Experience with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, or Biz apps
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong computer skills and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of modern sales techniques and tools
• EU passport required
