Licensing Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with the Renewal Specialist to understand the customer licensing position by reviewing their existing licensing portfolio
• Assist to develop a renewal plan aligned to the company's cloud or licensing program strategy
• Act as the point of contact for the Renewal Specialist to answer Commercial VL licensing questions raised by the end customer
• Create and provide quality checks for required licensing documentation such as agreement packages
• Use approved tools to help secure all necessary deal approvals
• Identify licensing, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs

Requirements

• Native level French speaker
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• 2-3 years of licensing experience
• Experience with licensing contract negotiations
• Experience with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern work, or Biz apps
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• EU passport required
