Licensing Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 50+ premium licensees and serve as the primary point of contact
• Review and provide feedback on licensee artwork submissions to ensure compliance with brand standards
• Work with the Consumer Products team to negotiate, draft, and execute new licenses and renewal contracts
• Liaise with NFL Clubs and sponsors regarding promotional product inquiries and conduct presentations
• Develop and distribute updated NFL Premium Guidelines and Licensee Lists
• Create and manage giveaway procedures for NFL tentpole events such as the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, and NFL Draft
• Facilitate retailer classification within the royalty reporting system and ensure timely submissions
• Assist with additional projects within the Consumer Products department as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
