Licensing Associate

Responsibilities

• Work with Renewal Specialists to understand customer licensing positions by reviewing existing portfolios
• Assist in developing renewal plans aligned with cloud or licensing program strategies
• Act as the point of contact for commercial licensing questions raised by end customers
• Create and perform quality checks for licensing documentation and agreement packages
• Utilize approved tools to secure necessary deal approvals
• Identify licensing, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs

Requirements

• Native level Dutch and/or Flemish
• Fluent English (B2 level)
• 2-3 years of licensing experience involving contract negotiations
• Experience with Office 365, M365, Azure, Modern Work, or Biz apps
• Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
• Strong computer handling skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• EU passport required
