Licensing Approvals Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day approval processes and procedures for licensing projects across food and non-food categories in North America
• Track timelines, review stages, and key milestones to ensure deliverables move forward on schedule
• Support internal vetting and approval workflows for design concepts, packaging, marketing materials, and launch plans
• Partner with the Licensing team and external agency partners to manage requests and maintain momentum
• Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings and document feedback
• Monitor progress and escalate issues to keep stakeholders aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in project coordination, operations, or approvals management
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and strong follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with external agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting project workflows or cross-functional team coordination
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with consumer products, retail, food, or brand licensing environments
