MAJORITY is building a mobile banking platform for ambitious global citizens navigating life across borders, offering a smarter, more accessible financial membership designed to help people manage and grow their money.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of state money transmitter license applications, renewals, and amendments
  • Gather, organize, and validate required materials including corporate records, financial information, and policies
  • Support filings through systems such as the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS)
  • Support audits and exams by coordinating document collection and responses to inquiries
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Operations teams to translate business activities into regulatory submissions
  • Draft and coordinate responses to regulator inquiries under guidance
  • Maintain internal trackers, calendars, and documentation related to licensing status

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in regulatory operations, compliance, legal operations, or risk
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or banking
  • Knowledge of regulatory filings, audits, or structured documentation processes
  • B.A./B.S. University degree
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn complex subject matter quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with money transmitter licensing
