Licensed Vocational Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and provide post-care guidance
• Respond to billing inquiries and track patient complaints professionally
• Manage nurse calls and patient messages with timely, knowledgeable communication
• Fulfill documentation duties, including maintaining charts and employee records
• Support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal accountability structures
• Assist with daily operational responsibilities and uphold a patient-first approach

Requirements

• Associate degree and LVN certification
• Previous direct patient care or customer service experience preferred
• Current unrestricted driver's license
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-stress environment
• Flexible availability to meet departmental scheduling needs
