Licensed Vocational Nurse

Responsibilities

• Make follow-up calls to patients, ensuring they feel supported after leaving the ER
• Provide clear, compassionate answers to billing and care inquiries
• Handle nurse calls and patient messages with professionalism and urgency
• Keep accurate charts, records, and documentation up to standard
• Support compliance, accountability, and daily operations with a patient-first mindset

Requirements

• LVN certification and associate degree
• Current, unrestricted driver’s license
• Ability to stay calm in fast-paced, high-stress situations
• Flexibility with scheduling

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior patient care or customer service experience
