Responsibilities

• Maintain a full outpatient caseload providing individual psychotherapy
• Conduct clinical intakes, comprehensive assessments, and treatment planning
• Facilitate or co-facilitate MH IOP groups
• Provide in-person clinical coverage within the West Deptford clinic
• Collaborate with internal providers to coordinate care
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with NJ regulations
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and program development

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Jersey (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LAC, or LMFT)
• Master's Degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline)
• Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adult populations
• Familiarity with New Jersey behavioral health regulations and clinical documentation standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with group facilitation
• Experience in IOP settings
• Experience with Medicare credentialing
