Licensed Therapist Compliance Partner (OT, PT, SLP)

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare claim reviews as part of internal compliance audits
• Conduct internal investigations regarding compliance issues
• Review and analyze medical records and claims to detect quality or compliance issues
• Track corrective action plans related to adverse findings
• Facilitate required compliance activities and training for facility personnel
• Travel approximately 70% of the time to assigned facilities within Utah, Arizona, and surrounding areas

Requirements

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background screening
• Must reside near a major airport in Utah or Arizona

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in MDS/PDPM coding rules and regulations
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing the skilled nursing industry
• Superior interpersonal and written communication skills for report writing
• Ability to work independently on long-term projects and as part of an interdisciplinary team
