Licensed Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet business goals
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, monthly coaching, and annual performance reviews
• Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and shrink accountability
• Build professional relationships with Target Optical doctors and hosts to drive business growth
• Recruit, select, and develop top-tier talent to maintain a strong candidate bench
• Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising standards, and marketing promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Valid Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail environments
• Proven selling skills and ability to motivate and influence others
• Strong critical thinking and talent development capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
