Licensed Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional guest experience and meet business goals
• Coach and develop team members through regular performance reviews and actionable feedback
• Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
• Build professional relationships with Target Optical doctors and hosts to drive business growth
• Recruit, select, and train high-caliber talent to maintain a strong team bench
• Ensure compliance with all operating policies, merchandising standards, and sales strategies
• Monitor and manage store shrink and physical inventory processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Valid Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail environments
• Proven experience in recruiting, talent selection, and staff development
• Strong selling skills and the ability to motivate and influence others

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
