Licensed Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet business goals
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, action plans, and performance reviews
• Manage store operations including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and shrink accountability
• Build professional relationships with Target Optical doctors and hosts to drive business growth
• Oversee merchandising, store presentation, and the implementation of marketing programs
• Recruit and maintain a bench of high-caliber talent to ensure operational success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Valid Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law
• 3+ years of experience in customer service or retail environments
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability in talent development, recruiting, and selection
• Excellent selling and influencing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
