Licensed Spa Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests, conducting facility tours, and answering questions
• Actively promote spa treatments, packages, services, retail products, and programming promotions
• Interview, hire, and coach staff members to maintain high service standards
• Perform outreach marketing to drive spa engagement
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa and locker environment

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and money handling skills
• Computer literacy and strong listening skills
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a team-player mindset
