Licensed Spa Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure a memorable experience for spa guests through greeting, facility orientation, and personal service
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management and monitoring of daily goals and budgets
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and facility features
• Actively promote spa treatments, retail products, and programming promotions
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
• Support staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching
• Conduct outreach marketing for the spa

Requirements

• Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy License
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic financial literacy and money handling skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
