About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly consultation sessions focused on student goals and documentation compliance
- Deliver clinical interventions including group, individual, and family counseling
- Provide monthly evening Parent Support groups
- Consult with school administrators and staff on trauma-attuned modalities (TAM)
- Provide coaching and training to school staff and caregivers on mental health issues
- Manage clinical documentation within electronic medical records
- Collect and analyze student data such as grades, discipline, and attendance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience treating children or adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges
- Valid clinical license (LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, or LMFTA/LMFT) in the state of service
- Experience providing training and coaching to educational professionals and parents
- Significant knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with school districts
- Experience working with community mental health and social service agencies
