About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide group, individual, and family therapy for students
- Deliver evidence-based interventions supporting emotional and academic stability
- Engage families through programming and parent support groups
- Coordinate care and referrals to appropriate services as needed
- Collaborate with school and ESS teams to support student success
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges
- Licensed in social work (LMHC or LICSW) in the state of service
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
