Licensed School-Based Mental Health Clinician (Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly consultation sessions focused on student goals and documentation compliance
• Deliver clinical interventions including group, individual, and family counseling
• Provide family programming and monthly evening Parent Support groups
• Consult with school administrators and staff on mental health and trauma-attuned modalities
• Provide coaching and training to school staff and caregivers
• Manage clinical documentation within electronic medical records
• Collect and analyze student data such as grades, discipline, and attendance
• Participate in clinician performance evaluations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience treating children or adolescents with behavioral/emotional challenges
• Full clinical license in social work (LMHC/LCSW), counseling, or marriage and family therapy (LMFT)
• Significant knowledge of trauma-attuned modalities (TAM)
• Experience providing training and coaching to educational professionals and parents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with school districts
• Experience working with community mental health and social service agencies
