Licensed School-Based Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct intake, diagnostic, and clinical assessments
• Partner with families to deliver student care and facilitate parent support programming
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention to ensure student safety
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with school staff and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active clinical license (LSW/LCSW, LAC/LPC, LAMFT/LMFT) in NJ
• 2+ years of experience working with children (K-5th grade) with behavioral and emotional needs
• 2+ years of experience providing services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Experience working with schools, families, and community-based services
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic systems (EMR, Microsoft Office)
