Licensed School-Based Clinical Program Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive school-based mental health services including individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct risk assessments, crisis intervention, and diagnostic assessments
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of assigned school-based programs
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to assigned clinicians
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for school partners
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of service
• 4+ years of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral/emotional needs
• 2+ years of experience supervising staff in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical supervision certification
• Experience providing training to educational professionals and caregivers
• Experience working within school-based settings
