Licensed Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients with up to $2M in investable assets, providing plan-based financial advice and customized wellness recommendations.
• Identify and deliver appropriate financial solutions by referring clients to specialized partners in Mortgage, Business Banking, and Key Investment Services.
• Build and maintain a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and the development of internal and external centers of influence.
• Manage the full lifecycle of client relationships, including opening personal and business accounts and documenting all client interactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• Proven experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals within insurance and investment products.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and SIE certifications upon hire.
• Valid Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital technology literacy.
• Ability to work Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting with small business clients and managing complex financial needs.
• Demonstrated success in tele-consulting, outside calling, and professional networking.
