Licensed Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets using a plan-based approach.
• Assess client financial needs, gather data, and offer appropriate products including investment and insurance solutions.
• Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, and various deposit products.
• Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) upon hire.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
• Proven experience in insurance and investment sales and developing customer relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including prospecting and networking.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital technology platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
