Licensed Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients with up to $2M in investable assets, providing plan-based financial advice and solutions.
• Assess client financial needs, gather data, and recommend appropriate products including investment, insurance, and lending solutions.
• Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, and various deposit products.
• Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners in Mortgage, Private Bank, and Business Banking to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including prospecting and networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital banking technologies.
• Must hold or obtain the following upon hire: FINRA Series 6, FINRA Series 63, FINRA SIE, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
