Licensed Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets using a plan-based approach.
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate products to specialists in Retail, Investment Services, Private Bank, Mortgage, or Business Banking.
• Build a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence and employing disciplined prospecting.
• Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, and various deposit products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products, services, and competitive market offerings.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
• FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and SIE licenses required upon hire.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required upon hire.
• Proven experience in insurance and investment sales.
• Experience developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital banking technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage professional networks.
