Licensed Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire client relationship using a plan-based approach to financial advice for clients with up to $2M in investable assets.
• Assess client financial needs, gather data, and offer appropriate products including consumer checking, small business accounts, and lending solutions.
• Identify opportunities for financial wellness and refer clients to specialized partners in Mortgage, Business Banking, or Key Investment Services.
• Build a client referral pipeline by developing internal and external centers of influence and employing disciplined prospecting.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in insurance and investment products.
• Possession of FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, and FINRA SIE upon hire.
• Possession of Life and Health Insurance Licenses upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital technology literacy.
• Ability to work Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
• Demonstrated experience influencing business partners and leveraging professional networks.
