Licensed Premier Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full relationships with mass affluent clients through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Provide financial advice and goals-based planning by partnering with investment and insurance specialists.
• Achieve individual and team financial, production, and relationship results relative to assigned metrics.
• Identify and fulfill client loan and deposit needs to support long-term financial goals.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with branch, business banking, mortgage, and other sales partners.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, and procedures to manage credit, operational, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in financial services (relationship management, retail banking, private banking, or wealth management), OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Series 6 or 7, 63, and state-specific life insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to other offices and customer locations.
• Strong knowledge of securities products, retail banking products, and services.
• Proficiency in credit underwriting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated skills in business development and structured sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a licensed financial services role.
