Licensed Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the dispensary staff to provide a patient-centric, premium eyecare experience
• Manage all facets of dispensary operations, including daily shop activities, sales performance, and inventory controls
• Foster positive working relationships with practice doctors and clinical staff
• Coach and mentor team members through individual development plans and performance management
• Analyze and resolve customer service issues and address root causes of recurring problems
• Ensure compliance with company safety programs, policies, and procedures
• Manage scheduling, coverage, and attendance requirements for the location
• Perform technical tasks including taking measurements and adjusting or fitting eyewear

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Active state optical licensure (must maintain licensure)
• Proven experience in optical retail and customer service
• Strong knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
• Familiarity with POS systems, patient record systems, and other software applications
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in an eyecare environment
