Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the Worcester territory
• Manage patient care tasks including wound care, catheter care, and ostomy care
• Monitor and assist patients with chronic conditions such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
• Perform clinical tasks including phlebotomy, trach care, and suctioning as needed
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow care plans

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited LPN Program
• Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Massachusetts
• Ability to work per diem shifts (weekday or weekend) between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health Care
• Experience with wound vacs and advanced wound care
• Proficiency in phlebotomy
• Experience with tracheostomy care and suctioning
