Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care to patients within the Braintree, Norwell, and Marshfield territories
• Follow weekday schedules (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Deliver patient care including wound care, catheter management, and monitoring chronic conditions such as CHF, COPD, and diabetes
• Participate in fully paid orientation and training

Requirements

• Completion of an LPN Program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care
• Experience with wound vacs, trach and suctioning, ostomies, or phlebotomy
