Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care services to patients within the assigned territory
• Manage patient care including wound care, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, and ostomies
• Perform phlebotomy and monitor patients with CHF, COPD, and diabetes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow clinical protocols

Requirements

• Completion of an LPN Program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Willingness to travel within the territory (Brockton, Stoughton, Canton, Abington, Holbrook, Whitman, Rockland)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care
• Experience with wound care, wound vacs, trach/suctioning, catheters, or ostomies
• Experience managing patients with CHF, COPD, or diabetes
