Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist patients in achieving their specific health goals
- Maintain empathetic and compassionate care for all patients
- Work effectively within a fast-paced healthcare environment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Medical Assistant (MA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
