Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and support
• Supervise CNAs and other LPN staff members
• Assist with patient transfers and physical care
• Manage clinical situations to ensure positive patient outcomes

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Active LPN licensure in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Ability to perform physical patient care, including occasional lifts up to 100–250 lbs
