Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compassionate liaison between residents, families, and physicians
• Collaborate with charge nurses to meet resident and community needs
• Provide clinical support including medication administration and psychotropic reviews
• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor resident health through skin checks and other clinical assessments
• Maintain accurate care documentation, incident reporting, and medication chart audits
• Facilitate continued education for caregiving staff

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program
• Active LVN/LPN license
• Reliable transportation
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working around animals and pets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or memory care settings
