Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care to patients in assigned territories
• Follow weekday schedules (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Manage patient care tasks including wound care, catheter care, and medication administration
• Document patient status and care provided accurately

Requirements

• Completion of an LPN Program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts
• Ability to travel within assigned territories (Ashburnham, Ashby, Fitchburg, Gardner, Leominster, Westminster, Sterling)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in home health care
• Experience with wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes

• Competitive pay: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour
