Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients within the North Shore Team
• Follow weekday schedules (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Deliver home-based healthcare services to patients in their residences
• Participate in a fully paid orientation program to prepare for home health care

Requirements

• Completion of an LPN Program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wound care and wound vacs
• Experience with phlebotomy
• Experience with catheters, ostomies, CHF, COPD, and diabetes
