About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality home health care to patients in the Berlin, Hudson, Marlboro, and Southboro areas
- Follow weekday schedules (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Deliver patient care including wound care, catheter management, and monitoring chronic conditions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
Requirements
- Completion of an LPN Program
- Current license to practice in Massachusetts
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Home Health care
- Experience with wound care and wound vacs
- Experience with trach and suctioning, catheters, or ostomies
- Experience with phlebotomy
- Knowledge of managing CHF, COPD, and diabetes
Benefits
- Competitive pay: $32.69 - $47.60 per hour
