Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality home health care to patients in the North Shore area
• Follow weekday schedules (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Deliver patient care within the home setting, ensuring comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

Requirements

• Completion of an LPN Program
• Current license to practice in Massachusetts
• Ability to work onsite in the North Shore area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health Care
• Experience with wound care and wound vacs
• Experience with catheters and ostomies
• Experience with phlebotomy
• Knowledge of CHF, COPD, and diabetes management
