Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
• Monitor residents’ health and ensure timely communication of changes
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well-being
• Support safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of Virginia
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Compassion for serving older adults with dignity
