Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Nursing

Responsibilities

• Administer medication in compliance with Federal, State, and company regulations
• Manage admissions of new residents including assessments and documentation
• Complete acute and long-term care or service plans
• Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control
• Provide health-related consultations within the community
• Notify physicians and family members of changes in resident health
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety/disaster plan protocols
• Maintain resident confidentiality and clinical documentation

Requirements

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• CPR Certification
• 1+ years of experience in senior care or a related field
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in English
