Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide quality healthcare services to clients, including managing somatic conditions and medical needs
• Communicate with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocols and courses of action
• Create a favorable group climate to support the effective treatment of each enrolled client
• Perform clinical tasks to support the provision of cost-effective medical services within the Residential Services Division

Requirements

• Current Washington State LPN license in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience working in a care setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic charting
• Experience working with mental health and chemical dependency clients
• Knowledge of local resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, low income, or chronic behavioral health challenges
