Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Behavioral Health

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and support daily care routines within LPN scope
• Support patients during admissions, discharges, activities of daily living (ADLs), and recovery-focused care activities
• Observe changes in patient behavior and report updates to the RN or physician
• Educate patients and families about care needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery, safety, and overall well-being
• Perform other nursing tasks as assigned by an RN

Requirements

• Current, active Kentucky LPN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to meet all facility onboarding and clearance requirements
