Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Perform skilled nursing tasks such as managing feeding tubes and monitoring respiratory conditions
• Assess patients' health status and report changes in their condition
• Implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support families in providing daily care for their children
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience
• Home health experience preferred
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout Miami-Dade County
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
