About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within a Transitional Care Rehab Unit
- Support patient rehabilitation and recovery processes
- Work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in a rehab setting required
- Successful completion of a criminal background check
- Successful completion of a physical and drug screen
