About the role
Responsibilities
- Document interdisciplinary progress notes providing a comprehensive reflection of resident care
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift
- Report discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper disposal procedures
- Collaborate with the care plan team to address residents' physical, social, nutritional, and spiritual needs
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on seniors
