Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Document interdisciplinary progress notes providing a comprehensive reflection of resident care
• Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug and narcotic records for each shift
• Report discrepancies to the nurse manager and follow proper disposal procedures
• Collaborate with the care plan team to address residents' physical, social, nutritional, and spiritual needs

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Nursing
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on seniors
