Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the caregiver office following assisted living rules and regulations
• Complete medical forms, QA reports, evaluations, charting, and accident/incident reports
• Document pertinent information in resident care notes and communicate with caregiver staff
• Review monthly kardexes for accuracy in physician order transcription and adherence to policies
• Monitor interdisciplinary progress notes to ensure care is informative and meets regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification
• Two years of Medical/Surgical, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience or New Graduate status
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Proficiency in English language
