Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Chart interdisciplinary progress notes in an informative and descriptive manner to reflect resident care
• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
• Ensure drug and narcotic records are accurate and up to date for each shift
• Notify nurse manager of discrepancies and appropriately dispose of drugs and narcotics
• Assist the Director of Nursing with completion of documentation required by the Department of Human Services
• Assist the Personal Care team to identify the physical, social, nutritional, spiritual, and activity needs of residents

Requirements

• Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse License
• Current CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living
