About the role
Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues, clear clogs, fix leaks, and maintain high-pressure steam or hot water heating systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, building specifications, and layout drawings to determine pipe locations
- Adhere to local plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulations, including inspecting systems for safety
- Communicate with clients, provide cost estimates, and offer professional repair solutions
Requirements
- Current Class 1 (P-1) License in North Carolina
- Customer service experience
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

- Basic knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
