Licensed Optician

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through flawless execution of the Guest Experience
• Accurately fit and dispense fashionable eyewear products to guests
• Build brand awareness by attracting new guests to the optical department
• Develop and maintain professional partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host
• Follow all operating policies, including marketing implementation and accurate sales transactions
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in all guest interactions and measurements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state optical license as required
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong selling skills and ability to drive results
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
• High level of accuracy in measurements and attention to detail
