Licensed Optician

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through flawless execution of the Guest Experience
• Provide a fashionable eyewear experience by accurately fitting and dispensing products
• Build brand awareness and attract new guests to the optical department
• Maintain professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host
• Follow all operating policies, including accurate sales transactions and merchandising programs
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in all guest interactions and measurements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state optician license
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong selling skills and ability to drive results
• Basic computer skills
• Accuracy in measurements and attention to detail
