Licensed Optician

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals through flawless execution of guest experience behaviors
• Accurately fit and dispense fashionable eyewear products to guests
• Build brand awareness by attracting new guests from the host to the optical department
• Develop and maintain professional business partnerships with the Target Optical doctor and Target Host
• Follow all operating policies, including accurate completion of sales transactions and implementation of marketing programs
• Ensure high levels of accuracy in all guest measurements and interactions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid state optician license
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong selling skills and ability to drive results
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
• High level of accuracy in measurements and attention to detail
